It has passed one month since I had installed Oneiric Ocelot.
First, I am thinking to wait the release of next LTS, but I feel that my PC was little slow and I decided to install it...
Before I installed it, I worried about Oneiric UI (that is Unity).
At in all, I am confused about F10 function.
I can find how to change F10 function, so I'm willing to write that.
対処法は
１．「compizconfig-settings-manager」をインストール
$ sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager2. 「compizconfig-settings-manager」を起動
$ ccsm
3. 「デスクトップ」カテゴリの「Ubuntu Unity Plugin」を選択
4. 「Behaviourタブ」の「Key to open the first panel menu」の項目をF10から無効もしくは，他のショートカットキーに設定を変える(今回はF10に設定)以上で、全角→半角の切り替えが可能になる

gconf-editorを起動
左側のツリーから
desktop -> gnome -> interface
と進み
「menubar_accel」の値を
「F10」から、他の値(今回は未割り当ての「F10」)に変更 gconf-editorを終了で完了
