Mobile Substrate has been fixed?

I'm wondering why my iphone doesn't work on new Cydia.
However, I can find update file of mobile substrate when I refreshed cydia.
After update, my iPhone recovered before setting.

Therefore, I'll spend peaceful time this year-end.
